Dr. Sandeep Teotia, DMD, M.Sc. Implantology
Dr. Sandeep Teotia brings over 24 years of dental experience and a global perspective to his practice. He began his professional journey in India, where he earned both a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), graduating from dental school in 2001. Following graduation, he completed a hospital-based internship, gaining hands-on experience in comprehensive, multidisciplinary dental care.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Teotia later moved to the United States and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He further advanced his expertise by earning a Master of Science in Implantology from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany—equipping him to successfully manage complex and advanced implant cases with a high level of clinical precision.
With experience that spans private practice, hospital settings, and leadership roles—including three years as a director of a large dental group—Dr. Teotia takes a detailed and patient-centered approach to dentistry. His guiding philosophy is to treat every patient as he would a family member: with care, compassion, and patience.
Known for his warm and approachable nature, Dr. Teotia is committed to educating patients, addressing their concerns, and helping them feel comfortable throughout their dental journey.

David Philip Young
David Philip Young, DMD, DICOI, has been a dental practitioner for over 30 years. He is a member of the New Jersey Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
“Since 9th grade I wanted to be a dentist. A cousin who happened to be a dentist knew how much I enjoyed technical projects and science. He suggested to my parents that I consider a career in dentistry. I am more excited today than when I started out. New technology and treatment options permit me to do more for my patients with far less discomfort. My goal is to educate every patient about their particular dental condition. The use of photographs, x-rays and intraoral camera gives me the ability to show patients exactly what is going on in their particular case.” Dr. Young’s continued advance training and knowledge of dentistry gives every patient the most up-to-date care.
Dr. David P. Young, DMD, DICOI, is a highly respectful dentist in Kingston, NJ. His career began in 1983 after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Following his formal education, Dr. Young served three years in the military as a dental surgeon. He returned to N.J. in 1986 and worked as an Associate in two dental practices before establishing his own practice in 1988 in Kingston. Dr. Young is well trained in cosmetic dentistry and committed to helping his patients look and feel their best.
Having nearly three decades of experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Young provides
numerous dental services and treatments, including bonding, bridges crowns, and root canal surgery. He has earned the coveted title of
Diplomate and fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and maintains professional memberships with the
Misch International Implant Institute an affiliate of
Temple University School of Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Mercer Dental Society. Presently, Dr. Young continues to provide excellent care to patients within his own private practice in Kingston, NJ.
Our Caring Staff
Josephine started her relationship with us as a patient in 1997. In March 2004, she became the front-desk coordinator/receptionist. She has a beautiful Scottish accent, which is the first voice you will hear and first smiling face you will see. She cares for her patients and her coworkers. She also loves interacting with patients each day.
Josephine goes above and beyond to make your visits more special. We all adore Jo and we are thrilled to have her with us. She loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two grown children.
Susan became a member in 2008. She’s a wonderful and caring dental assistant and a great person. She has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable.
Susan has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys assisting because she likes to help people. She has a great sense of humor, strong work ethic and a team-player attitude which makes her easy to work with.
We welcomed
Rhonda in 2005 as a registered dental hygienist. She became a hygienist in 1984. Despite being in this practice for 25 years, she’s still passionate about her profession and in helping and educating her patients. Rhonda makes sure that you get the best care possible. We are sure you will enjoy working with her.
Her easy-going personality, professional attitude and years of experience make her a valuable asset. Rhonda is also actively involved in Girl Scouts! She likes to knit and she has two children.
Susie became part of our staff in September 2017. Susie has been working as a dental assistant for the past 34 years. Her attention to details, her commitment to our patients, and her professionalism, make her a valuable member to our team. She loves spending time with her beautiful granddaughter.
We are proud to welcome back
Nicole, one of our hygienist, and newest team member. Nicole started with our practice back in 2013-2016, and our staff, and patients, are thrilled to have her back.
Nicole will greet you with her beautiful smile, and she will make sure that all her patients are comfortable while she provides a thorough, but gentle cleaning. Nicole enjoys working out, and spending time with her husband and young son, Alex.
Melanie's husband and son have been long time patients of Dr. Young. She joined the staff in July 2018. She is no stranger to the dental field, having worked for another dentist for almost fifteen years. Melanie works very closely with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and claim status, and works as our financial coordinator.
When Melanie is not at the office, you will usually find her taking an exercise class at the gym. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children.
